Faith Lutheran Church Organ

Dobson Opus 61

Established 1993

The pipe organ in the Faith Lutheran Church sanctuary is a state-of-the-art instrument which enhances weekly worship for all who attend. Faith’s organist, Stephen O’Baker, and Director of Music, Zach Rohlwing, are the custodians and caretakers of the organ. In April 2025, Stephen and Zach demonstrated the organ’s many features in a presentation to the congregation. Click the image below to view the video.

In Spring 2025, the American Guild of Organists (A.G.O.) Central Iowa Chapter published a lengthy feature piece about the history of the organ—Dobson’s Opus 61. The article includes photos and stories of the plans, installation, and continued use of the instrument.
