Gail Marske

Gail began serving as the Director of Family Ministry in June of 2025. She organizes and oversees all educational faith formation for children aged birth to 6th grade, as well as works closely with Pastor Megan for middle school and high school ministry. These activities include Sunday School, Kids Club, Giggles and Grace and her favorite, all the fun events for family ministry! Gail’s favorite part of working in this position is sharing Jesus with everyone and being part of the faith journey with our families here at Faith!  

Gail’s background is in counseling, which she did for 8 years, as well as working at Seeds of Faith preschool here at Faith Lutheran. Gail is passionate about people and making connections! She graduated from Iowa State University where she reconnected with a friend from high school, Alex, who then became her husband in 2010. Gail lives in Clive with Alex, their amazing daughters Stella and Whitney, and their dog Bear. Gail enjoys traveling with her family, being at Clear Lake, baking pies, and soaking up all the extra family time she can get!
