Children & Family Ministry at Faith is responsible for engaging families in faith formation from birth through fifth grade.
WEDNESDAY Faith Night

Kids’ Hour
6:00-7:00 pm | Grades 1-5
Gather in the Kifula Music Room for music time with Zach Rohlwing, followed by devotions and activities with Gail Marske in the new Disciples’ Den in Room 101. It’s a fun and lively hour of faith formation on Wednesdays. Come early for Faith Feast at 5;15!
Sunday Mornings
September 13 - May 9
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Children in PreK – 5th grade meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am in Room 106 for large group opening. From there, kids will move to smaller classrooms for age-specific activities until 10:15 am.
LITTLE FLOCK
Infants through 3-year olds and their parents meet in Room 106 for a time of play, music, and fellowship. This is a wonderful opportunity for young parents to make connections!
Life’s “Butter” With Jesus
September 13 at 9:30 am
The program year kicks off with an intergenerational event (that means YOU!) in St. Michael’s Hall. The activity will involve making butter sculptures—like at the Iowa State Fair—to remind us that we are sculpted by our Creator to be uniquely ourselves. This is a “Bring Your Own Butter” event: bring a stick of butter or feel free to bring a whole box to share with others. Be thinking about your favorite person, place, or thing from the Bible that you would like to sculpt. You may enter individually or as a team! All are welcome! Utensils for sculpting will be provided! There will be donuts and other refreshments, too.
AGAPE Moms
Tuesdays at 9:30
Young moms who are looking to connect and share devotions with other moms and their little ones are encouraged to attend AGAPE Moms on Tuesdays at 9:30 in the Family Ministry Center. RSVP to Gail Marske at cfm@faithlc.org.
