Worship Services at Faith

For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”  For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

- St. Paul, First Letter to the Corinthians 11:23-26

Faith Lutheran Church provides two different styles of worship each weekend.  Each service is centered around the Word of God and Jesus' commandment to celebrate Holy Communion "in remembrance of me".

This service includes time-honored hymns led by the organ and includes leadership by one of the many outstanding choral ensembles at Faith. Instrumental soloists and chamber ensembles are often featured as well throughout the year. Scriptural readings allow those in worship to hear God's Word spoken by individuals from the body of Christ. The gift of prayer is included throughout the service. The Pastor's message reflects God's messages from scripture and relates Biblical stories and lessons to today's times. The 8:30 a.m. service offers the sacrament of Communion each Sunday.

Communion each week is a special part of this service at Faith.

Come as You Are Worship with Holy Communion - Saturday at 5:00 p.m.

The 5:00 service is a wonderful opportunity for those who wish to worship on Saturday evening. The service is held in the sanctuary with a more casual atmosphere. Contemporary, global and gospel music is led by the Spirit of Faith Team musicians. The Saturday service includes many opportunities for prayer. Biblical teaching forms the basis for the Pastor's message which relates God's Word to current day experiences. Communion is offered at each service.

Each Worship service at Faith includes the reading and preaching of the Scriptures, celebrates Holy Communion and provides a warm, welcoming environment for all ages.  The different styles provide variety to our worship lives and allow people to participate with different musical styles in the name of praising and celebrating one God.
