Sunday School for Sixth – Twelfth Grade Students
Sixth and Eighth Graders meets together on Sunday mornings during the school year from 9:30-10:15 a.m. to discuss current topics. Four times a year parents are invited to talk about faith and moral issues with their children. It is an important opportunity for youth and parents to connect on deeper issues in our busy lives and society.
Ninth - Twelfth Graders meet on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:15 a.m. for Senior High Bible Study held in the church building in Messiah Hall room 204. They discuss current events in conjunction with digging deeper into the Bible.
Senior High Youth Group
The Senior High Youth Group for ninth through twelfth graders meets each Wednesday night, year round, from 7:45 to 9:15 p.m. in Faith Lights Room for fun, hangout time and Bible study. Topics include other religions, life circumstances, faith stories and sharing. Bring a friend! All are invited!
Service projects are a vital part of youth and family ministry at Faith. Service projects are present in most aspects of education. Projects are done monthly and are publicized on the bulletin board in the church entryway, the website and in Faith Weekly announcements. Each summer youth who have completed the ninth grade have an opportunity to go on a mission trip for a week.
Fellowship events also occur monthly for junior high, high school, and college-age groups.
Confirmation Ringers is for 7th through 9th Graders who want to play bells and chimes. It is a hands-on choir that will have scheduled Sundays to lead worship. Practice for this choir is every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m.
